Parenthood is a wild ride. From start to guess date our bodies go through a lot of change during pregnancy. Join this prenatal yoga class for all levels and create community, laugh, and learn together. We’ll move, breathe, explore postures (asanas) for pain relief, for pelvic floor strengthening and release, and for labour and delivery. ***First Class is Free*** 🌈✨😊
PARENTS & LITTLES (BABIES) YOGA ✨ Little Lake Park Pavilion Fridays 2 pm ✨ All Summer. Starts May 26th 🌈✨😊
Parenthood is a wild ride. Join this Parents & Littles yoga class for all levels and create community, laugh, and learn together. In the Parents and Babies class, we’ll move, breathe, explore postures (asanas) for back pain relief, for pelvic floor strengthening and release, and for feeling balanced while performing the ultimate balancing act: Parenting little humans.
***First Class is Free*** 🌈✨😊
PARENTS & LITTLES (TODDLERS +) YOGA ✨ Little Lake Park Pavilion Fridays 3:30 pm ✨ All Summer. Starts May 26th 🌈✨😊
In the Parents and Toddlers + class, we'll learn with our littles about breathing and moving our bodies. We may use props, and sing songs as we move our bodies through partner poses, and narratives to explore yoga with a story. Throughout our practice, you and your little one(s) will move, snuggle, and play together while breathing and stretching. ***First Class is Free*** 🌈✨😊
