On the 27th & 28th June 2025 Tay Township will be celebrating Canada’s 158th Birthday.
Our event so special it has grown into one of the most-favourite celebrations in the area. It is a family affair overflowing with events for all ages, and also includes two adult evenings filled with camaraderie, song, and dance.
Each year, we pull out all stops and organize two days of non-stop entertainment and this year is no exception. The Main Friday band, back by popular demand is North America’s #1 Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band, “Fleetwood Mac MANIA” On Saturday evening, after a full afternoon of local entertainment, “Trilogy”, an outstanding, #1 rated. Styx, Journey & Foreigner tribute band will rock the night away.
Saturday commences with the ever-popular Canada Day Parade at 12 noon and FREE Hamburgers & Sausages for the entire community. The afternoon will be filled with entertainment for one and all, a (40 stall contingent of artisans), (Exotic Petting Zoo, Face Painters, Balloon Twisters, Juggling unicyclist etc.) This is indeed a celebration for all ages.
