Over the past few years our stewardship team has been hard at work on a restorative planting plan.
We targeted the removal of INVASIVE species like Buckthorn & Honeysuckle that have taken over our trails.
Now we need YOUR help to fill these spaces back in with NATIVE species!
The overall goal of this restoration project is to return our ecosystem to a healthy, functional state where native species thrive and natural processes are self sustaining.
We hope to plant 500+ saplings, such as: Nannyberry, Elderberry, Black Cherry, Yellow Birch, and MANY more!
